   You can study vegetarian cuisine at quite a few community colleges. In my area, George Brown college does a Certificate in Vegetarian Cooking, where you study vegetarian versions of European food, as well as Buddhist and Indian cuisine.

   Im not sure if there are many vegetarian/vegan cooking schools but i think that the birmingham college of food will let you study in just veggie/vegan food.
