Suggestions On Trimming And Helping Fruit Trees Grow?

I recently bought a house and property with 4 fruit trees in the yard. I know one of them is a pear tree but I am not sure what the others are. The pear tree’s branches are very brittle and fall off frequently. I know they probably haven’tbeen taken care of in a long time but I would like to bring them back and be able to use the fruit from them. Suggestions?
