A few months ago I planted two watermelons in my garden from seedlings. One has barely grown at all, the other has gone absolutely berserk and is at least 2 metres long and has 5 or 6 different ‘arms’ on it. A few yellow flowers have appeared recently, but no actual fruit to speak of. When (if?) will it grow an actual watermelon? Thank you

i have 4 plants, cucumber, icebox watermelon, yellow squash and yellow bell pepper. i want to plant them in the garden but the tenant before was growing flowers, mostly lilies. we have dug them up, is it safe to grow my veggies there?

im a complete gardener beginner. i have some flowers ( viola , english bluebells etc) and some herbs (thyme, corriander ). is it ok to plant them together in the same planter container ? i mean i hope to use the herbs for cooking , if they survive !!! i live in the uk.
