In Country Story Do The Trees You Buy Actually Grow Fruit That Can Be Harvested?

I have some coins saved up in Country Story on Facebook and I wanted to buy a tree. I wanted to know if the tree needs to be watered, if it grows and if you can harvest the fruit and sell it? Please if any of you are tree owners in Country Story could you give me some answers? I would really appreciate it. Thanks for your help.
