Im not actually growing anything its just a project im doing, I have an area thats 144m2 and i wondering how much mixed fruit and veg i could grow on it, like a really mini market garden. I can make parts of it a green house area as well. it all has to be organic as well so i dont think i could use rockwool.the area is located in the uk

I am going to be deploying again and i want fresh veggies and fruits this time so i was thinking of growing them myself.
I like tomatos cucumbers watermelon strawberries and basically all sorts of fruits and vegetables.
My problem is that i dont know what is easy to grow in a desert enviroment. I know i could rig up a shade so they dont sit in the sun all day but basically i am clueless on this subject.
Can anyone help?
