I heard some people said milk can make you grow taller? is that true? what milk should i take? Does vegetables help to grow taller too? What kind of vegetables should i eat?

    sleep well

    In the water you have less gravity and that means more open bone areas for your body to fill them with new bone tissue. The free motion of swimming is very light on your body and greatly releases stress, which can prevent your body from growing. Try to swim about 3-4 times a week if you can.
    Anyhow, don’t go out and buy those “magical peels” that you can find anywhere online, they just don’t work and you will spend your money for nothing. Why not? Well because the only scientific way the body grows is through the release of our natural height increasing hormone called human growth hormone.

    Your height is going to be determined by genetics, not anything you eat. Milk and dairy products will help insure that your bones are strong, and any fruits and vegetables will have nutrients for you to have a healthy body, but it won’t make you taller that you are genetically destined to be.

    Good nutrition will help you grow. Unfortunately, a lot of how you grow depends on genetics. That means how tall your parents are will dictate how tall you will grow.
