Fruits like cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, plums and pluots, not to forget winegrapes ( Fresno is credited as the birthplace of the raisin )
Nuts like walnuts, almonds and pistachios.

    Safflower > safflower oil

Almonds, walnuts (Diamond Co), appricots, peaches, figs, dates, olives, kiwi, oranges, tomatoes (Heinz Co), Lemons, Grapes (Gallo Wines). The Valley is considered the “breadbasket” of the nation. It is approx 700 miles in length and 200 miles wide and has even more products in the southern part. Oils from nuts, sunflowers, etc.
