What Kind Of Vegetables That I Can Start To Grow Now In California?

I’m interesting in eating organic vegetables. So growing them by my own might be a good idea. However, the weather in the southern California is getting warm. So, I’m not sure what kind of vegetables that I can start now. Thanks in advance.
