   the red one is best . less heat . heat from the clear ones burn the plants . and a black light . plants love black lights . and beer . stale and warm . your plant will love you for it . it is something about the hops .

   One of those pinkish flourescent lights with the 48 inch tubes. If your herbs are something to smoke, it’ll still work.
