i do karate on monday gym on tuesday dance on wedensday gym thursday and i walk alot.
how long will it take to grow faster if i eat more fruit and veg and do al that exercise?

Hey bro working out does not helps to grow hair but u can try some hair growing cream es or oil .
Unfortunately it won’t. But on the upside, if you work out a lot and are really healthy no one will be looking at your hair anyways.
in the contrary, working out could damage your hair because it sucks up all menerlas & moisture from your hair to feed the muscles, but don’t give up working out and eat lots & lots of fruit & follow a healthy method of drinking water & carbohydrates while working out, or when walking or standing a lot under the sun
