How To Grow Passion Fruit Seeds?

how long is the germination period ?
I planted 35 seeds in 1/4 deep of rich soil 1 week ago and nothing! I have kept the soil properly moist but…..Everything else I planted that same evening is already growing at least 3 inches now !!!
HELP !!!!

    Not sure but……passion fruit seed have a hard seed case. I know from experience that soaking other species (Acacia – yeah I’m an Aussie) in water over night will speed up the germination times.
    Like I said Acacia seed will germinate quicker and more evenly if dropped into water that has just come off the boil, not boiling or you will cook them.
    If you try soaking the passion fruit seed I would just use cold water to be on the safe side. I may be wrong but I thought Passion fruit where usually grafted to guarantee good fruiting varieties.
