in michigan, how long does it take for apple tree to grow from the time you got it , or planted it (about 1 foot) to the biggest it will get

   trees or any plant does not stop growing,in the first place.
   if ur asking about how long it will take to bear a fruit,well it depends.mostly after one and half year-3 year time depending upon the pollinating conditions.
